La artista plástica Mónica Farbman elige su cuadro Favorito LA CARNICERIA, 1998, de Guillermo Forchino En el año 2004, después de un largo camino de formación artística, donde modelaba el cuerpo humano con arcilla, mi inquietud era irme alejando de esa técnica y material conocido para realizar algo mas propio, más ingenuo y con otra masa, igual de maleable que la arcilla, pero que no necesite cocción. En mi búsqueda encontré en el camino a la artista plástica Malena Bertolloto, oriunda de Villa Constitución. Ella me mostró la masa de papel maché, la cual se realiza partir de papel, cola Vinílica y tiza en polvo. Es un material muy económico y que también me permite colaborar con el medio ambiente, reciclando los papeles que encuentro en mi casa.
